Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.
How to assign colors on your Google Calendar events
If you are trying to organize your OPPO phone's Google Calendar by assigning colors to your event, and you find out that you cannot set a color. Likely, you are not using an email as storage for that event.
Go to your OPPO phone's [Google Calendar].
Tap on
to add a new event.
Select [Event].
Make sure that your event's location is an email address and not a local account. Select your desired email address.
Scroll down until you see [Default color]. Tap on it to set the color you want.
Note:
You can only set a color for Event and not on Goal, Reminder, and Task.
You must always use an email address as the storage for your events before you can designate a color.
If the abovementioned steps did not solve your problem, try reinstalling the application.
