OPPO A54 fingerprint not working issue

pls check the fingerprint：
1. check the surface of fingerprint and confirm the crash of the fingerprint；
2. dial *#800#,then choose fingerprint recognition
3. turn on the screen recording
4. click start logging but do not reboot the phone
5. quit the logging interface,and dial *#899#
6. choose the manual test and find the fingerprint test
7. then, click fingerprint auto test and check it pass or fail
8. reboot the phone and repeat 5、6、7
9. dail *#800#，then stop the logging,and get the log
