It is recommended that you long press the App and click App Info > Manage notifications > Badges > Number, and then reopen the App to display the number badges.We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
3.2 Q：Why doesn't WhatsApp display number badges on my phone?
A：Hello,OPPO Reno 6 5G/OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G is equipped with OPPO's latest ColorOS 11.3 system,which needs adapting to WhatsApp. You cannot use the number badges function because the adaptation range has not covered your mobile phone yet.We are pushing the App to complete the adaptation as soon as possible.It is recommended that you wait patiently.We expect to complete it within a week (Before July 31).If the number badges are still not automatically displayed after a week,it is recommended that you long press the App and click App Info > Manage notifications > Badges > Number, and then reopen the APP to display the number badges.
