The fit test typically provides two outcomes: "good" and "average."

  • A "Good" result means the headphones fit exceptionally well.

  • If the result is "Average," it's advisable to reposition the headphones in your ears or switch to a different size of earbuds and retest.

What OPPO Earbuds Support the Fit Detection Function

  • OPPO Enco X2

  • OPPO Enco Free3

  • OPPO Enco Air4 Pro

Note: Not all OPPO Bluetooth Earbuds support this function. Please confirm whether the above path supports Fit Detection on your earbuds.

If you are using other brand devices:

Download the Heymelody app to use this function.

  • To start the test, you need to wear the earbuds.

  • During the test, please do not remove the earbuds to avoid affecting the test results.

Why Don't My OPPO Earbuds have the Fit Detection Function?

Various products have different functions. The primary purpose of the fit detection feature is to assist you in selecting the correct ear cap size. If your Bluetooth earbuds lack this function, please select the appropriate ear cap size based on your personal comfort and experience after wearing them.

Tips for a Persistent Fit Detection Issue with Bluetooth Earbuds

  • Use ear caps that fit your ears better: The size of each person's ear canal is not the same, so it is better to test each size in each ear to choose which is suitable for you.

  • Adjust the angle of the earbuds: If the earbuds feel uncomfortable, they might not be positioned correctly. Try gently pushing them into your ear canal so the ear tips fit snug. Once adjusted, check the fit again.

Note: Please make sure that the firmware of the headphones and the corresponding app or Heymelody app are up to date.
