On your OPPO Enco Earbuds, there is a small light indicator in the charging case that detects the battery level of your Enco device in different colors. Red means your device has a low battery; Yellow indicates medium power; and Green light means a high battery. But in rare cases, the charging case is not functioning, and you won't be able to charge your OPPO Enco earbuds. Below are some reasons why it's not working and how you can fix this. Read on!

Note: This article is applicable for all OPPO Enco models.

Why my OPPO Enco Earbud is not charging:

  1. Your OPPO Enco Earbuds have been idle for a long time.

  2. The charging case is dead, the red light is on, or no light indicator lights up after you open the lid.

  3. The ambient temperature is outside the acceptable range of 0°C - 45°C.

  4. The charging contacts, pins of earbuds, or the charging case are damaged due to prolonged exposure to sweat or other liquids.

  5. The charging contacts, pins of earbuds, or the charging case are dirty or dusty to contact with one another.

  6. Try to restore factory settings and try to reconnect.

Operating Method:

Put the earbuds into the charging case and then open the case cover. Long press the left or right earphones (10s) until the red indicator light flashes three times and release to complete the factory reset.

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. If you haven't used your earbuds for a long time, we recommend you charge them for a while to help re-activate the earbuds.

  2. Charge your charging case using branded Type C cables only and 5V/1A chargers.

  3. Charge your earbuds under the right temperature in the range of 2°C - 43°C.

  4. Clean the charging contacts, the pins of the earbuds, and the charging case with a clean, soft cloth and try it again.

  5. The battery may be damaged if your earbuds and their charging case are dead for about 60 days. We recommend charging them 100% once a month.

  6. You may have put it at an incorrect angle in your charging case. Please take out your earbuds, place them correctly into the charging case and try again.
