How to Fix Charging Issues Using OPPO Wireless Charger
If you are encountering issues with your OPPO wireless charger, such as slow charging, failure to charge, or incomplete charging of your OPPO device, we suggest checking the following troubleshooting steps to address these recurring issues.
Troubleshoot OPPO Wireless Charger
Confirm whether your device supports wireless charging.
Some OPPO phone models do not support this feature. Please refer to the actual device for its final functions and features.
Remove the protective case.
We recommend removing any phone case before wirelessly charging your device. Keeping the case on may interfere with the wireless charging process.
Align coils properly.
Before charging your phone wirelessly, make sure that the coil inside your phone is aligned properly with the coil inside the wireless charger. This alignment is necessary to ensure that the wireless charger can effectively charge your phone. Additionally, please refer to the charging protocol and parameters of each wireless charger for more detailed information about compatibility and charging performance.
Check the chargers being used.
Please ensure that the chargers being used are compatible with the fast charge or flash charge capabilities of the wireless chargers.
Replace the charger or cable.
In order to wirelessly charge your device, ensure to use a compatible charger and cable. If it still doesn't fully charge, then there might be an issue with the charger or cable.
Use the original charger of your phone.
If your device can be fully charged using its original charger, this may indicate an issue with the wireless charger.
