How to Extend Battery Life of Your OPPO Earbuds
🎧 1. Store Them in the Charging Case When Not in Use
Always place your earbuds back in the charging case when you’re done using them. Leaving them outside keeps them connected to your phone, which drains battery even if you're not listening.
❌ 2. Avoid Overcharging
Don’t keep the earbuds or charging case plugged in all the time. Overcharging can reduce the long-term health of the battery.
✅ Tip: Disconnect once the LED on the case shows full charge.
🔇 3. Lower the Volume
Listening at high volume not only affects your hearing but also drains the battery faster.
Keep volume at 60–70% for better battery performance.
🔌 4. Turn Off Features You Don’t Need
Some OPPO earbuds come with features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency Mode, and Voice Boost.
✅ Turn off ANC or extra features when not needed to save power.
📶 5. Keep the Bluetooth Range Close
Stay within 10 meters of your connected device. A weak Bluetooth connection uses more battery as the earbuds work harder to maintain the signal.
📥 6. Keep the Firmware Updated
Battery performance often improves with firmware updates. Use the HeyMelody App or the Bluetooth settings to check for updates regularly.
🧹 7. Clean the Charging Contacts
Dirty charging pins can prevent proper charging, leading to lower battery capacity over time.
✅ Use a soft cloth or cotton swab to gently clean the earbuds and case contacts.
🛑 8. Avoid Extreme Temperatures
Don’t expose your earbuds or charging case to extreme heat or cold. Ideal temperature for charging and use is 15°C to 35°C.
