How to Enable Quick Access toolbar for Albums in Photos

The access toolbar in a gallery application on a smartphone typically refers to a set of tools or options that allow users to manage and interact with their photos or images.  Enable Quick Access Toolbar

Open [Photos] > [  ] > [Settings] > Enable [Quick Access to Albums] to get the quick access bar on photos main screen.
