Situation: You want to know how the Dual Wi-Fi technology works.

Applicable to: Reno2 Series.

Make sure you have enabled the Dual Wi-Fi. 

To enable, go to [Settings] > [Wi-Fi] > [Smart Speed-Up]  > [Dual-Wi-Fi Speed-Up] > [Auto Dual-Wi-Fi Speed-Up]] and toggle to enable. 

This is how the technology works:

• The software automatically enables dual Wi-Fi Speed-Up.

• Once enabled, the system and apps that need the network go through the Wi-Fi.

• The system and apps will be divided and some will go to the secondary Wi-Fi.

Additional information: Due to compatibility issues, some applications may not be supported by this feature.
