1. Background
Recently we get feedback from service center that the F11 Pro front camera assembly has a probabilistic failure problem, resulting in the camera fails to pop up/slide down and the front camera doesn’t work.2. Involved Model
F11 Pro(CPH1969/CPH1970/CH1971)3. Solution
3.1 From the date of purchase, if the F11 Pro front camera assembly cannot pop up/ slide down and the front camera not working or other functional fault. The warranty period for the front camera assembly can be extended to two (2) full years(The region with two-year warranty policy remains unchanged);
3.2 This extended warranty service does not apply to man-made damage to the device(such as the liquid damage, private repair, broken or deformation from external force etc.).
4. Documentation requirement
4.1 To be according with the warranty policy, replacing the front camera assembly, select “IW” for repair category when recording repair orders;
4.2 The regions warranty period is one (1) full year. If the warranty period is exceeded and it is less than 2 years, the front camera assembly cannot pop up / slide down and the front camera not working and other functional fault, and the camera assembly is replaced. Service center need to record "Quality Record", and marked "Extended Warranty for F11 Pro Front Camera Assembly ", select” IW” for repair category when recording repair orders
4.3 The regions warranty period is two (2) full years, according to the normal repair order
Note:If only the camera assembly has been replaced, select” IW” for repair category when recording repair orders. If other parts (OOW) have been replaced for the same device, select” IW+OOW” for repair category.
