Background

To achieve wide-angle selfie, F3 Plus wide-angle 8M camera requires larger view angle than normal camera does, as a result, it requires a larger size of hole position in protective film. If the device is using a film with small size of hole position or the film is not straight, it may lead to light leakage issue, which means this issue is not about camera malfunction.

Edge of touchscreen-printing is the shooting space of front camera.

Solution

1.[Specific symptom]

In a situation with high intensity of light and relatively dark objective, the dark objective in the photos shot by front group-selfie appear to be a little white.
 

2.[Solution for SC]

1. Explain to user that this is caused by the protective film, of which the hole position in camera is too small, and it is not a camera issue.

2. Suggest the user to change a suitable protective film for the device, mind the technique of pasting film and make it straight.

3. If it is inspected that this is not caused by the protective film, please make quality feedback according to the standard process and collect the returned device accordingly.
