If you logged in the heytap account,

4.1. Switch network to see whether it is affected by the network or not 

4.11. Update the theme store version 

4.12. Clear theme store data after backup and restart phone, and then search it in theme store again. 

4.13. If it still cannot be resolved, backup data to restore factory settings. 4.2 If it didn't log in the account
