Dolby Atmos Not Working if Earphones Not Used on OPPO Phones
Dolby Atmos in your OPPO phone lets you experience surround sound technology even while you're watching a movie, playing games, or listening to your playlist. By default, Dolby Atmos in your OPPO phone is always on and cannot toggle to disable. But if it's not working if you don't use your earphones, you can try to reset the system setting and see if it works. For other troubleshooting steps, read on.
Dolby Atmos not working
Follow the troubleshooting below to fix if the Dolby Atmos on your OPPO phone is not working.
Check if Dolby Atmos is on
Although it is enabled by default, please check if Dolby Atmos is on. Go to [Settings] > [Sound & vibration] > [Dolby Atmos].
Restart your OPPO phone
Press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons for at least 8 seconds or until you see the OPPO logo. Alternatively, press the Power button and tap or slide to [Restart].

Go to [Settings] > [App management] > [App list] and at the upper right corner, tap [two-dotted vertical lines] and tap [Dolby/ Dolby OPPO Services] > [Storage usage] > [Clear data] > [Clear cache].
Check your phone for a software update
Go to [Settings] > [Software update] / [System Update] / [About Device].
