Dolby Atmos Is Not Working On OPPO Phone
OPPO phones are equipped with features that make your phone experience convenient. A large number of users use their phones mainly for gaming, watching movies, and listening to music. All these activities require better sound quality for a better experience. Here, Dolby Atmos comes to the rescue by providing surround sound effects for an immersive experience. However, if you are unable to use this feature at its best or are facing issues, follow the article below to learn how to fix the issues with Dolby Atmos.

How to fix Dolby Atmos
Bluetooth earphones/ headphones do not support Dolby Atmos yet. Please use wired earphones/ headphones to enjoy the immersive sound effects through your phone.
Dolby Atmos is enabled by default in your phone on speaker mode and it can be turned off after the earphone/ headphone is inserted.
If you are playing music through any third-party music player and using its equalizer then it will override the Dolby Atmos settings. Please disable the equalizer of your desired music player to start using Dolby Atmos.
Make sure that the Dolby Atmos is turned on. Go to the [Settings] > [Sound & Vibration] > [Dolby Atmos] > Enable [Dolby Atmos].
Try clearing the cache/ data of Dolby Atmos by going to:
For ColorOS 12: [Settings] > [App] > [App management] > [App List] > Tap the menu icon at top right corner> [Show System] > [Dolby/ Dolby OPPO Services] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache/ Clear Data]
For ColorOS 7 to ColorOS 11: [Settings] > [App management] > [App List] > [
]> [Show System Processes] > [Dolby/ Dolby OPPO Services] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache/ Clear Data].
