Yes, OPPO A83 supports Clone Apps. Clone Apps allow users to make a copy of an app on their device. The copy and its original app can run simultaneously without affecting each other.
To clone an app, go to [Settings] > [Clone Apps], select the app you want to clone and tap [Enable App Cloning].
Note: Clone Apps can be used to clone a maximum of only 2 apps at a time. The Clone Apps feature may not be available in some regions.
