Diagnostic Tool User Guide
In order to quickly locate the user’s mobile phone failure and improve the call center’s ability to handle user problems and user satisfaction, we have launched a software (diagnostic tool) to quickly diagnose user’s mobile phone problems.
Functions mainly include modules: network signal,hang, crash, heat, power consumption, etc.
Diagnostic tools are mainly used in two parts
1. Diagnosis after repair: Responsible to the user, so it must be used to ensure that the repaired machine will not cause other malfunctions.
2. Diagnosis before maintenance: mainly assist engineers in fault judgment. There is currently no mandatory requirement, but engineers are recommended to use it.
