Bedtime mode is a feature designed to help users maintain a consistent sleep schedule. It typically dims the screen, silences notifications, and may activate a blue light filter to reduce the impact of device usage on sleep quality. It encourages users to establish a bedtime routine and limit distractions before sleep.

Applicable to: ColorOS 6.0 and above. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone]/[About Device].

Enable Bedtime Mode

Go to [Settings] > [Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls] > [Bedtime Mode] > Choose from [Based on Schedule/Routine/ While charging at bedtime/ Off] > Select the [Start & End Time].

You can also enable/ disable Do Not Disturb mode so that you will not be notified about calls, messages, emails, upcoming events, and notifications except those that are permitted. Enabling Grayscale will turn the screen black and white, reducing the attention-grabbing nature of many app icons
