About R9s series models cannot be flashed by win10 system guidance

Background
Overseas sales colleagues feedback R9s series models can not be flashed by win10 system.

Reason 
Low version of the flash tool is not compatible with the win10 system

Solution 
Temporary solution: When the R9s, R9s Plus and A57 are flashed after the sale, copy the corresponding flash tool in the accessory to the flash bag.
