Why Does My Phone Stop Charging before Fully Charged to 100%?

Situation: Your phone stopped charging before it reaches 100%, and you want to know why.

Applicable to: All OPPO smartphones.

OPPO smartphones have charging protection enabled during extremely low or high temperatures to prevent damage to the battery.

The phone will automatically stop charging at extreme ambient temperatures, although it's not fully charged, and alerts you "Temperature is too high, the battery cannot be fully charged".

The battery will no longer be charged until it cools down to ideal ambient temperature (16° C to 25° C (61° F to 77° F).

Note:
Ambient temperature is the current air temperature of any environment where the device is kept.

Unplug the charger until the phone return to normal operating temperature or take your phone to a room-temperature environment.
