What to Do If Your OPPO Doesn't Work With a VOOC Charger?

Unable to charge your OPPO phone via VOOC Charger? If you have an OPPO device that is supposed to support VOOC charging but does not VOOC charge as expected, there could be an issue in regards to settings, software, or hardware. With OPPO VOOC Charger, there is a range of OPPO VOOC types ranging from 30W to the current SuperVOOC 65W. To make sure your OPPO Phone is using the correct OPPO VOOC Charger cable and adapter, please double check your OPPO Phone specs and check if you have the matching OPPO VOOC Charger set. Test your OPPO VOOC Charger

1. Check if you are using the original VOOC USB Cable and Adapter. Make sure to use the original charger or use another OPPO VOOC cable and adapter.

2. Cross-check the VOOC charger with other phones that support VOOC to test. (If there are no available VOOC capable phones to test, go to Step 3.)

• If the charger works on other phones (that supports VOOC) except on your phone, go to Step 3.

• If the charger does not work on other phones (that supports VOOC), visit the nearest service center to replace the charger (within the warranty period) or purchase a new charger.

3. Go to [Settings] > [Software Updates] to check for and update the phone's software to the latest version.

5. Restart the phone.

6. If the issue still persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your phone, proof of purchase, and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
