What is OPPO Relax/O Relax

Unleash your inner zen with OPPO Relax, a built-in app on OPPO smartphones. Escape the daily grind with calming natural sounds, music for every mood, and guided breathing exercises - all designed to help you relax, improve sleep, and even boost concentration. Find your perfect soundscape, unwind with soothing melodies, and refocus your mind - all within the convenient and easy-to-use OPPO Relax app.

With *Dolby Atmos® and other natural sound effects, you can relax before sleep or use them for breathing exercises and during meditation.

How to use OPPO Relax

On the home screen, find the [OPPO Relax] / [O Relax] app, tap to open, then start relaxing with the following options:

Breathing

For ColorOS 11 and above

1. Open the [O Relax] application.

2. Tap on [unwind]. If you can't see this option, tap and swipe to the left, then tap on [unwind].

3. Select a different ball for various relaxing activities > tap on the play button and follow the instructions to achieve full relaxation.

For ColorOS 7.0 to 7.2

1. On the [OPPO Relax] application > tap [Start] and follow the prompts as to when to inhale or exhale.

2. One session is 1 minute, with 7 breaths done.

Music

Lose yourself with the hums and beats. Choose from the following categories.

For ColorOS 11 and above

1. Go to the [O Relax] application.

2. Tap on [listen]. If you can't see this option, tap and swipe to the left, then tap on [listen].

3. Music will automatically play when you tap on [listen], make sure you tap and swipe up to modify whatever music is playing > you can choose among the following music and noises:

• Ambient sounds: Immersive nature sounds.

• Music: Melodies that touch the soul.

• Colored noise: Dive into a digital world of sounds.

• Tune in Colour: A collaboration of sounds by OPPO Indonesia and BANG & OLUFSEN. Watch this Youtube video to know more about this collaboration.

For ColorOS 7.0 to 7.2

1. Go to the [OPPO Relax] application > tap on [Music] > and choose among the following music:

• Concentration: Solitude, Coffee Shop, A Ray of Sunlight.

• Sleep: Meditation, Sound Slumber, Temple.

Ambient Sound

Camouflage with the sound. Close your eyes and imagine being there. Choose from the following categories:

For ColorOS 11 and above

1. Go to the [O Relax] application.

2. Tap on [listen]. If you can't see this option, tap and swipe to the left, then tap on [listen].

3. Swipe up to modify whatever music is playing > Under the Ambient sounds, choose by scrolling from right to left or vice-versa. 

• Summer seashore

• Morning sunshine

• Nighttime camping

• Mystic cosmos

• Zen temple

• Placid jungle

• Home comforts

• Stormy night

• City strolling

  Note: You can set the time for how long you want it to play. Tap on the [Focus 30 min]. If you can't see this option, tap on your screen, then tap on [Focus 30 min] > Choose the playtime you want; the shortest is 1 minute, and the longest is 180 minutes. However, you can also set the music on a loop.

For ColorOS 7.0 to 7.2

1. Go to the [OPPO Relax] application.

2. Tap on [Ambient sound] > and choose among the following ambient sounds:

• Concentration: Summer Seashore, Morning Sunshine, Mystic Cosmos, Zen Temple.

• Sleep: Nighttime Camping, Placid Jungle, Home Comforts, Stormy Night, City Strolling, White Noise, Pink Noise, Gray Noise, Violet Noise. 

  Note: You can set the time how long you want it played. Just tap on the time, then scroll to choose. The shortest playtime is 5 minutes, and the longest is 180 minutes. 

Explore

Hear the sound of different cities worldwide through O Relax's Explore feature. This feature lets you listen to the ambient sounds of famous cities like Beijing, Tokyo, and many more. To go to your O Relax's Explore feature: 

1. Tap on [explore]. If you can't see this option, tap and swipe to the left, then tap on [explore].

2. Choose a city by swiping from top to bottom or vice-versa > tap on the city you want to explore.

3. Choose a place to listen to > you can adjust the mood of the environment by tapping on the equalizer icon > you can set it to either Quiet or Lively.

Notes:

• OPPO Relax/O Relax is available to all OPPO smartphones that run on ColorOS 7 and above. However, some regions/models may not contain the built-in OPPO Relax/O Relax application. But you can download OPPO Relax's APK on this link.
  

• If you can't see the listen, unwind, and explore choices, swipe to the left of your screen when you reach the [O Relax] application.

• Dolby Atmos® will show if certain sounds/music is supported.

• ColorOS 11 devices with OPPO Relax 2.1 have different options from ColorOS 7.2 and 7.1 devices. OPPO Relax 2.1 has to listen, unwind, and explore options.
