The AI Portrait Glow feature enhances portrait photos taken in challenging lighting conditions. It uses intelligent algorithms to detect and adjust lighting on the subject, improving visibility and detail while maintaining a natural appearance.
How Does AI Portrait Glow Work on OPPO Phones
When taking photos in environments with low light, backlight, or top light, the camera may not capture the subject’s face clearly. The AI Portrait Glow function automatically analyzes the lighting conditions of both the background and the subject. It then adds virtual fill light to balance brightness, ensuring that the subject remains well-lit and visible even in uneven lighting situations.
This adjustment helps restore realistic skin tones, improves contrast, and enhances the overall portrait quality without the need for external lighting equipment.
How to Use AI Portrait Glow
Go to [Photos], and open a portrait photo you want to edit.
Tap [Edit] > [AI Image Assistant] > [AI Portrait Glow].
The system will automatically analyze the environmental lighting and the subject’s face to generate the best fill light solution.
After the enhancement is applied, you can slide the light adjustment bar left or right to manually adjust the brightness according to your preference.
Note:
If the selected image does not include a main subject (person), the AI Portrait Glow function cannot be applied.
