1 Background

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, customers could not repair on time. In order to improve user satisfaction, warranty extension policy are declared for the devices which warranty due within the lock-up period, this regulation is made for order entry.

2 Repair order entry regulation

2.1 Remark with ”NCP”, if warranty was extended due to epidemic.

①SF: Remark ”NCP” in the "Maintenance Remarks‘’column.
②WCSM: Remark “NCP” in the ‘’Remark‘’column.

2.2 Purchase Date

Enter the real purchase date of the customer, no need to add the extended warranty date.

2.3 Make a special record if OPPO Care is exceeded during the epidemic.

2.4 Change orders and assessment

①Apply a change order if you forget to add remarks in the status of submitted.
②The HQ operation team will check these orders recently, if we found the orders that didn't input correct, each order will be recorded as 5 units into assessments.
 

3 Inspection Order Entry Regulation

3.1 Purchase Date

Enter the real purchase date of the customer.

3.2 Within the refund / exchange period

Recording Description: enter the Refund in Warranty / Exchange in Warranty normally.

3.3 Beyond the refund / exchange period

Recording Description:
①Select Special Exchange for Inspection Type;
②Select Exchange Info;
③Under Exchange Info, select others for Exchange Cause, the Exchange Remark are uniformly marked with "NCP".

This regulation will valid until the end of the epidemic. Specific expiry dates will be released later by HQ via email.
