OPPO Find X3 Pro is unable to make a VoLTE call
You can try the simple measures below if you're VoLTE is not working.
If you're using JIO as your SIM and you have the Jio4GVoice or JioCall application, you may need to uninstall them on your phone.
If your VoLTE enabled SIM card is in SIM slot 2, change it to the first SIM slot because it works best on it.
VoLTE only works with 4G network. If you're Preferred network type is not 4G, you may need to change it. Go to [Settings] > choose the SIM card where you enabled the VoLTE > [Preferred network type] > Choose [4G/3G/2G/Auto].
When turning on the VoLTE on your OPPO Find X3 Pro, you might see a message prompt that says, "Cannot Activate LTE Calls. To enable LTE Calls on this account, contact your carrier." It can happen with some account types, including business lines, and on some carriers. If this happened on your end, you need to call your carrier provider to provide further assistance regarding this matter.
If a message prompt says to "Insert a new SIM card", you may need to change it, especially if your SIM is old or a micro-SIM card that's cut down to the size of a nano-SIM card. We recommend you visit your nearest carrier provider for assistance.
If you're using your VoLTE and the call suddenly or frequently drops, or the call quality is at the poor range, try to turn off your VoLTE.
If the call quality improves with VoLTE turned off, get help from your carrier.
Note: The VoLTE feature varies per country/ region. It may also differ on your carrier provider.
