Unable to Use Resource / Not Received After Successful Payment

[Payment with logging in account path as follows]:
1. Enter to detail page, Favorites > Me > My Resources > tap to "Edit" in the upper right corner, delete > Enter to My Favorites or search it on home page and re-download this resource.
If it still cannot be recovered, add one path: clear Theme Store data.
Clear Theme Store data path:
1. System setting > Application management > Theme Store > Clear data
2. Long press Theme Store icon on Homescreen > select App Information > Clear data
[If user has paid successfully without logging in account, please feedback to operators directly. Do not guide user clear data directly, otherwise the developer is hard to check.]
