One on the Service App, tap on Track Repair Status.

Type in one of the following: IMEI Number/Repair Order/Phone Number.

Type in the verification code.

Tap "Check" to track the repair status of your phone.
*For ColorOS 7.0 devices and above, it is pre-installed. On your home screen, look for Tools Folder and you will see OPPO SERVICE APP there.
*For ColorOS 3.1 to 6.1 devices, you need to install it.
