Track the Repair Status of Your Phone

No need to call the service center to track the status of your repair.

No need to wait for that promised call on the status of your repair.

You can easily track it in the comfort of your place.On your OPPO phone, look for the OPPO Service App. Should look like this → 

1. One on the Service App, tap on Track Repair Status.

2. Type in one of the following: IMEI Number/Repair Order/Phone Number.

3. Type in the verification code.

4. Tap "Check" to track the repair status of your phone.

 

*For ColorOS 7.0 devices and above, it is pre-installed. On your home screen, look for Tools Folder and you will see OPPO SERVICE APP there.
*For ColorOS 3.1 to 6.1 devices, you need to install it.
