Technical supervisors and customer service managers:
Due to the outbreak of overseas customer service account leakage on Facebook some time ago, the company urgently adjusted its security strategy, and now it needs to be fully promoted and implemented.
Adjust the content:
1. All overseas customer service centers need to use the WCSM system for flashing applications. If there is no application, the flashing operation will not be possible.( Salesforce account, do not make adjustments for the time being, please wait for notice for specific adjustment time)
2. Cancel the email verification code login and use Google ID verification code (Google Verification Code WCSM is shared with Flash Tool ，see PPT for the binding method)
3. The background server of the flashing tool is adjusted, so the overseas customer service center must switch to the latest version of the flashing tool，Tomorrow will stop the old service system, if you do not switch, you will not be able to use the flash tool。
4. Approval process for flashing authority is added; if maintenance engineers need to open the flashing authority, they need to select the type of “brushing authority application” in the personnel application module in WCSM system to apply.
