SIM Card Cannot Be Detected on OPPO A74 5G
If you received a notification on your OPPO A74 5G telling you that 'No SIM Card inserted', 'Invalid SIM', or 'SIM Card cannot be detected', then your SIM Card may not be inserted correctly into the SIM tray. Follow the troubleshooting steps we prepared below and see if it fixes the issue.

OPPO A74 5G doesn't detect SIM card
Some of the possible causes may be SIM card is not inserted correctly, SIM card or card slot in the device is broken, SIM card is disabled or phone software is corrupted. Follow the given path to know how to troubleshoot the said issue:
Force restart your phone
Hold down its [Power Button] and [Volume Up Button] at the same time. Don't release it until your phone boots up.
Check the SIM card
Turn off your OPPO A74 5G > Eject the SIM tray using the SIM ejector > Examine your SIM Card for possible damages.
Clean the SIM slot
If you think that your SIM is not damaged, then proceed to clean your SIM slot. If there is dust or dirt in the SIM slot, gently wipe the contacts or use compressed air to remove them.
Try another SIM card
If neither of the abovementioned solutions worked, try on putting a different SIM card. This should tell you whether the error is with the SIM card or the phone itself.
Turn Airplane mode on and off
Pull down your [Control Center] by tapping and swiping down the screen of your OPPO A74 5G > Tap on the [Airplane Mode] icon > and then tap on it again to disable it.
Enable SIM card
Go to [Settings] > Then tap on [SIM Card & Mobile Data] > Select a SIM > [Disable] and then [Enable]

Clear cache using the Phone Manager
Wipe cache partition by going to the [Tools] folder on your home screen > Tap on [Phone Manager] > Select [Clean Up Storage].
Factory reset your phone
Go to [Settings] > Tap on [Additional Settings] > Select [Back Up and Reset] > Under 'Data Erasure' tap on [Erase All Data (Factory Reset)] > Select [Reset System Settings Only].
Note:
This will only reset the phone to its original system settings without deleting any data or media files.
