Q1. What should I do if I did not receive the OTP (delivery code)?
If you haven’t received your delivery code, please first ensure that your mobile number is correct and that your phone can receive standard SMS (check for a stable signal and ensure DND/Do Not Disturb mode or any SMS-blocking apps are disabled).
If the mobile number on your order is incorrect, please contact our support team immediately to have it updated. If the number is correct but you still haven’t received the OTP after several attempts, please reach out to us with your Order ID, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Q2:Can I change address/phone while out for delivery?
If your order is already out for delivery and you need to update your contact details, please contact our Support team immediately with your Order ID and the new information. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide you with an update within 48 hours.
Please note that the [Order Details] page on our website will NOT be updated to reflect these changes. Your delivery will follow the information manually confirmed by our Support team, so please keep your phone accessible for the courier’s call.
