OPPO ORoaming My Order Records not Showing after buying Data Package
ORoaming provides data packages for various local carriers worldwide and lets you connect to the Internet even without a SIM card. However, if your purchased data packages for ORoaming and it's not on the My Orders list, we listed below simple troubleshooting steps you can follow. Read on!
Applicable to: ColorOS 5.1 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].
OPPO ORoaming
Restart your OPPO phone
Pres and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons for at least 8 seconds or until you see the OPPO logo. After restarting your OPPO phone, re-enter ORoaming to confirm your order status.
Ensure a good network connection while purchasing the ORoaming service
If the network connection is not good, please switch the network and re-enter ORoaming to confirm the order status.
Clear cache and data of ORoaming
For ColorOS 7.0 and above: Go to [Settings] > [App Management] > [App List] > Tap the [
2-dots] icon in the upper right corner > [Show System] > [ORoaming] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Data] > [Clear Cache], then try again (under good network connection).
For ColorOS 5.1 to ColorOS 6.1: Go to [Settings] > [App Management] > [Show System Process] > [ORoaming] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Data] > [Clear Cache], then try again (under good network connection).
