Q. What is the Bluetooth version of Enco X?
A. Enco X has a Bluetooth version of 5.2.
Q. What is the range of Bluetooth in Enco X?
A. It has an effective range of 10m. Physical obstacles such as walls may hinder the Bluetooth range.
Q. Which CODECs are supported by Enco X?
A. Enco X Supports LHDC / AAC / SBC. The smartphone or the device you are connecting to should also support these CODECs to work. Contact your device manufacturer for this information.
Q. How many microphones are there in Enco X?
A. Three, The two outside microphones handle ambient noise for clearer vocals, and the third microphone inside the earplug mesh picks up the sound in the user's ear, re-enforces the human voice, and provides noise reduction.
Q. Which noise cancellation modes are provided in the Enco X?
A. There are three noise cancellation modes: Noise Cancellation; Max Noise Cancellation; Transparency mode.
Q. What is transparency mode?
A. Transparency mode allows you to listen to external noise without taking the earphones off.
Q. How to switch between the noise cancellation modes?
A. By default, you can tap and hold the earphone stem for 1s to switch between noise control modes. If you are using an OPPO Smartphone, go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] > Tap the [i] beside the Enco X earphones> [Earbud Functions] > [Touch and Hold] > Select the two control modes. For non-OPPO Devices, use theHeyMelodyapp.
Q. Does Enco X support Binaural Low-Latency Bluetooth® Transmission?
A. Yes.
Q. Which driver design is there in Enco X?
A. It has a Coaxial Dual-Driver Design, 11mm dynamic driver in the back that handles middle and low frequencies, and a 6mm balanced membrane driver in the front that handles high frequencies.
Q. What is the battery capacity?
A. Earphones: 44 mAh; Charging case: 535 mAh.
Q. Which charger to use to charge the device?
A. You can use any charger with a 5W output. Enco X also supports Qi wireless charging. Use a Qi-compatible wireless charger with the headphone charging case, which should be placed front-side up. You may also use a smartphone with wireless reverse charging functionality with the headphone charging case.

A. Yes, Enco X is IP54-certified water and dust-resistant.

Q. What to do if one side of the earphones is not working?
A. Keep the Headphones in the charging case and open the cover > Press and hold the function button for 15 seconds till the indicator flashes red three times > Your OPPO Enco X has been restored to factory settings. If you still face the issue, kindly visit your nearest OPPO service center.
Q. How to answer or end calls?
A. Double-tap on either the left or right side of your Enco X headphones to answer or end the call. Note: Double-tap on the touch area.
Q. How to activate Google Assistant?
A. Go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] > Tap the "i" icon of OPPO Enco X > [Earbud Functions] > Select [Triple tap] > Select from right or left earbud> Tap [Google Asssistant]. You can also follow this article to learn how to edit touch controls in non-OPPO devices.
Q. How to enable high-quality audio(AAC) in OPPO Enco X?
A. Go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] > Tap the "i" icon of OPPO Enco X > Enable [High quality audio].Note: Feature availability may vary by device. Please contact your device manufacturer for the information.
Q. How to switch between max noise cancellation and transparency mode?
A. You can switch between selected modes by touching and holding the touch control area of either earbud for 1 second.
Q. What are the touch controls of OPPO Enco X?
Adjusting volume: Touch and hold the left or right earbud to increase or decrease the volume.
Skip to the next song, answer/hang up the phone: Double-tap the earphones ( can be edited through Bluetooth settings or HeyMelody app).
Toggle noise cancellation mode: Press on the earphones for 1s.
Q. How to check the battery level of OPPO Enco X?
A. Go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] > Battery level will be shown under OPPO Enco X.
