Force restart your phone
Hold down its [Power Button] and [Volume Up Button] at the same time. Don't release it until your phone boots up.
Charge the phone
Plugin your phone with the original charger and let it charge for up to 30 minutes, then try again.
Enter Recovery Mode
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for at least eight seconds, until the phone enters [Recovery Mode] > Tap [Reboot]. If the screen turns on, reset the system settings.
Perform recovery software update with SD card
