O-Share | 2021 Oversea Golden Ideas（First half year）
In order to listen to the voices of our frontline partners and encourage our staff to put forward their ideas on how to improve various service processes in response to the actual situation in the region, and to enhance the service experience of our users, Headquarters has started an overseas "Golden Idea" selection programme since June 2020.
In 2021, we have already completed three phases of the Overseas Golden Idea selection, and the excellent Golden Ideas from the first half of the year can be viewed and studied by clicking the attachment below.
2021 Oversea Golden Ideas Phase I
In 2021, we will collect and select the winning ideas in every odd month (January, March, May...). The winning ideas will be awarded a generous prize (400 RMB/each golden idea, 200 RMB/each encouragement idea).
So far, we have collected over 150 golden ideas from 20 regions and have awarded 18,000+RMB in total.
If you are not satisfied with the current service process or would like to suggest a better idea, contact your regional standardization specialist and submit your idea! You could be the owner of the bonus we are looking for!
