1. Background
Recently after-sales feedback that after changing the screen for the user, the phone cannot be turned on.
2. ModelFind X2, Find X2 Pro
3. ReasonIn the new batch of screen materials, the fingerprint module has been updated to G6, which is different from the factory module. As a result, the fingerprint data cannot be obtained correctly, which causesthe turn-on problem.
4. SolutionDelete the fingerprint information on the mobile phone before changing the screen, or flash after backup the data, buckle FPC processing again.
