A：Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. This problem is caused by the EBA App not compatible with the Android R system. You can normally use the EBA through the website. After that, you can report this problem to the application developer and wait for the App to adapt to the Android R system. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Noted: If the user does not accept this solution, the user can be guided to the Service Center for downgrading to the Android Q.
