Click the button below to select your old phone model and find out how to do it.
Things to Note before Starting
1. During data transfer, keep the two phones close together and ensure that the WiFi of the old phone and the personal hotspot of the new phone are both switched on; otherwise, the cell phone migration process may fail.
2. When you use the Clone Phone, all the existing apps and app data on the new phone will be overwritten by data from the old phone. This means all existing data in the new phone will be erased. Hence it is advised to perform backup on the new phone if it has existing data before using the Clone Phone application.
3. A personal hotspot will be generated to clone data, Network connection will be disabled, and no mobile data will be used. If the old phone is an iPhone, data needs to be downloaded from iCloud. You are advised to connect the new phone to a Wi-Fi network.
