How to Remove Google Account on OPPO Phone
Do you have an existing Google account and wish to remove it from your OPPO phone? Removing your Google account can also block your access to applications like Google Play Store and require you to either re-sign in or use another Google account. Note: Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].
Before you proceed, please be aware that removing your Google account from your phone is different from deleting it. By following these steps, you are simply detaching your account from the device, and you are still able to add a Google account at any time.
Remove Google account from OPPO phone
For ColorOS 7 to ColorOS 13 and above:
Go to [Settings] > [Users & accounts] > select [Google] and tap on the email address you want to remove. Tap on the [two-dotted] or the [
three-dotted] icon located at the upper right corner of your screen > tap [Remove account] > then tap on [Remove account] to finalize the removal process.
For ColorOS 6.1 and below:
Go to [Settings] > [Accounts and Sync] > [Google] > tap on the email address you want to remove > [Remove]/[Delete] > tap on [Remove]/[Delete] to finalize the process.
Note:
You will be unable to access the Google Play Store, Google Play Music, Keep Notes, Drive, and other services on your phone once you remove your Google account from your OPPO phone.
Removing a Google account on your OPPO smartphone will delete all of its messages, contacts, and other data on your device.
