For ColorOS 11 and above:
Step 1: Go to [Settings].
Step 2: Look for [Apps] or [App management].
Step 3: Select [Recover System apps].

Fix Missing App Icons After Enabling Hide Apps or Kids Space
If you have enabled the Hide apps feature or set up a Kids Space, the app icons might not show up on the home screen. You can follow the methods below to make them visible again.
Check if the app hiding feature is enabled on your phone: If it's turned on, hidden apps won't show on the home screen. Turn off app hiding, then return to the home screen to check if the app is now visible.
Ensure that the Kids Space mode is not enabled: Exit from Kids Space mode and try again.
Clear the data of System Launcher: Go to [Settings] > [Apps] > [App Management] > tap the [:] or [⠇] icons > [Show System Apps] > [System Launcher] > [Storage usage] > [Clear Data]. After clearing the data, go back to your home screen to check if the app is available.
Note: Clearing the ”System Launcher" data will reset your home screen icon arrangement.
