How to Find and Add Widgets on OPPO Phone
OPPO widgets are your gateway to a more convenient and informative home screen experience. These mini-apps reside directly on your home screen, offering quick access to features and information from your favorite applications, all without needing to open the full app itself.

How to add widgets
Here's a breakdown of how OPPO widgets can elevate your phone's functionality:
At-a-Glance Updates: Weather forecasts, news headlines, upcoming calendar events, or your fitness tracker data can all be displayed directly on your home screen through relevant widgets.
Quick Actions: Certain widgets might offer interactive controls. Imagine adjusting music playback, toggling Wi-Fi, or starting a quick voice memo – all directly from your home screen using a widget.
Personalized Experience: OPPO offers a variety of built-in widgets, and many third-party apps provide their widget options. This allows you to customize your home screen with the information and functionalities that matter most to you.
For ColorOS 12 and above:
On your home screen, pinch the screen with your thumb and index finger together, tap the [Widgets] icon, and choose the widget available on your OPPO phone. Alternatively, you can touch and hold your home screen and tap the icon on the upper left.
For ColorOS 11 and below:
On your home screen, pinch the screen with your thumb and index finger together, then tap [Widgets], and you will see all the available widgets on your OPPO phone. Touch, hold, and drag the widget you want to the screen. Make sure there is enough space for that widget. Alternatively, touch and hold your home screen and tap [Widget].
How to move widgets
Tap and hold a widget for about 2 seconds, then drag it to where you want to place it without lifting your finger.
How to remove widgets
There are two ways to remove a widget:
Tap and hold a widget
For ColorOS 12 and above: Tap and hold a widget and tap [Remove], then tap [REMOVE WIDGET] to confirm.
For ColorOS 11 and below: Tap and hold a widget, then tap
/ [Remove].
Pinch the home screen
For ColorOS 12 and above: Pinch the home screen with your fingers tap the
icon, and then tap [REMOVE WIDGET] to confirm.
For ColorOS 11 and below: Pinch the screen with your thumb and index finger together and tap
