How to Enable Dark Mode of Your OPPO Phone in WhatsApp?

Dark mode changes the theme of WhatsApp from white to black. It improves battery life and ensures a better reading experience since it is more comfortable to read white text on a black background than black text on a white background. Check how you can enable Dark Mode on WhatsApp here!

 

Situation: You want to turn on Dark Mode on your WhatsApp.

Applicable to: All OPPO Smartphones.

Note: If your WhatsApp does not have the Dark mode option, update your WhatsApp app in Google Play Store.

Here's how to enable Dark Mode on your WhatsApp:

1. Open the [WhatsApp] app and tap the three-dot menu  on the top left corner.

2. Tap [Settings] > [Chats] > [Theme].

3. Select [Dark] and tap [OK] to apply. Now you will see the all-new Dark mode of WhatsApp.

If you want to revert the changes, select [Light] under the [Theme]. This will disable the Dark mode.
