How to Change the Screen Refresh Rate on ColorOS 14

The images displayed per second on your OPPO phone show how the screen refresh rate works. Changing your phone's display or moving from one app to another will switch to a new image. In ColorOS 14, OPPO phone users running on this version may change the refresh rate of every app on their list. For more information, read on.


Note: This article only applies to OPPO phones running on ColorOS 14. Check your phone's ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].


Customize screen refresh rate

Go to [Settings] > [Display & brightness] > [Screen refresh rate] and select [Standard] or [High] as appropriate.

  • If you select High, tap [App-specific refresh rate] and select the app you want to set, and you can customize the refresh rate of the application in between (60 Hz, 90 Hz, 120 Hz).
