Forgotten OPPO A74 5G Private Safe Password

Reset the password of your OPPO A74 5G's Private Safe
You can reset the passcode to your Private Safe if you ever forget it as long as you have set a security question or a recovery email address. See How to Set Up Security Questions to Private Safe for Password Retrieval?
Reset through recovery question
If you set a [Recovery question], then all you have to do is to tap on [Forgot password] > and then choose [Reset through security questions] > and then input the answer to your question.
Reset through recovery email
If you linked your Private Safe to an email address, choose [Reset through recovery email] > The system will send a verification code to your email address > Input the code within the given time frame, or else the code will expire. You'll have to do the process all over again.
Reset through OPPO ID
If you have your Private Safe linked to an OPPO account, all you have to do is enter the password to verify your identity, and then you'll be good to go.

On the other hand, if you did not set up any recovery methods for your Private safe, we want to inform you that you might not be able to access it. We understand your concern regarding this. However, we in OPPO don't store your data like your password for privacy concerns.
Your privacy password will be saved in a security module and cannot be cracked via the system or apps.
