Do I Need to Pay Again if I Accidentally Deleted Purchased Themes in Theme Store?

 

Situation: You accidentally deleted a theme you purchased previously, and wondering if the theme can be recovered again without paying for it again.

Applicable to: ColorOS 3.0 and above device. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone].

* HeyTap Theme Store/Theme Store are terms that can be used interchangeably.

 

Deleted purchased resources can be recovered with your account payment. You will not be required to pay for it again if you are using the same account.

To re-download the deleted theme, follow the steps below:

1. Go to [Theme Store] > [Me] > [Purchased Resources].

2. Tap the theme you want to re-download.

3. Tap [Payment made, please re-download] (this option may vary in different devices) to download the theme again.
