- If the old phone is an OPPO Phone, the following data can be migrated: Communication data, including contacts and messages; multimedia data, including images, videos, and music; OS Data, system apps, and installed apps along with their data.
- If the old phone is a non-OPPO Android phone, the following data can be migrated: communication data, including contacts and messages; multimedia data, including images, videos, and music; installed apps from some data from system apps.
- Only contacts and images can be migrated if the old phone is an iPhone.
Q. What type of data can't be migrated?
- Unnecessary files, such as temporary files
- Data (Such as transit card data) that is linked to hardware.
- Security-related data, including faces, fingerprints, and lock screen passwords
- Apps and data that are incompatible with the new phone.
Q. What can I do if cloning fails?
- Our development team is doing their best to optimize "Clone Phone". If cloning somehow fails, restart cloning and "Clone Phone" will pick up where it left off.
Q. What can I do if some apps fail to be migrated?
- Clone Phone checks the compatibility of apps before migrating them to the new phone. Incompatible apps will not be migrated.

- Connect your phone to the internet and visit this link to download it.
Q. What can I do if an app cannot be used on the new phone after being migrated?
- This may occur because the app is incompatible with the new phone. In this case, uninstall the app and install it again, You can also touch and hold the app icon on the Home Screen, go to [App info] > [Storage Usage] > [Clear Cache] or clear the cache of the app and open again.
Q. What can I do if the old phone cannot connect to the new phone?
- Manually connect to the new phone's hotspot (The hotspot name is found under the QR code).
- Restart Wi-Fi and the hotspot on the old phone and the new phone, respectively, and try again.
- Restart both the old phone and the new phone and try again.
Q. Will Clone Phone Overwrite Old Files on New Phone?
Yes. When you use the Clone Phone, all the existing apps and app data on the new phone will be overwritten by data from the old phone. This means all existing data in the new phone will be erased. Hence it is advised to perform a backup on the new phone if it has existing data before using the Clone Phone application.
