Situation: You have lost your Enco Free headphone.

Applicable to: Enco Free Headphones.

Please be advised that the Enco Free headphones cannot be used without the charging case. The headphones will eventually run out of power and require the charging case to charge. For more support, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your Enco Free headphone, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
